I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Intensives designed to help individuals move through trauma, anxiety, grief, and emotionally overwhelming experiences in a focused and meaningful way. My approach combines evidence-based trauma treatment with a structured, supportive environment that allows for deeper therapeutic work than traditional weekly therapy often permits. Through therapy intensives, clients are able to dedicate intentional time and space toward healing without the interruptions that can occur in shorter sessions. I believe healing is possible when people feel emotionally safe, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a commitment to helping clients move forward with greater confidence and relief. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients reduce the emotional intensity connected to distressing memories and experiences while building greater emotional resilience and self-understanding.
